Let’s Start With a Conversation

You do not need to know exactly what kind of support you need before reaching out. Share a little about what is going on, and Karin will follow up to help determine whether Still Harbor Health is the right fit.

You Don’t Have to Figure This Out Alone

You may not know exactly what kind of support you need yet. That is okay.

Maybe your loved one’s needs are changing.

Maybe appointments and decisions feel overwhelming.

Maybe symptoms are becoming harder to manage.

Maybe you are wondering whether hospice is the next step.

Still Harbor Health offers a calm place to begin.
